This is so creative, I love it, I"ve never seen anything like it before. I'm not really sure what the message behind this picture is, but not everything has to have a meaning behind it. I really like it though because you were able to seamlessly add in all the silhouettes into the picture, and the way that you chopped up the woman's face looks like a pro did it. many people who might try something like this would make it seem very messy, and I love how the little people are telling a story, they aren't just randomly placed, they are actually doing something and helping each other to put this lady together. I don't really have any bad comments about it … good job, I really like this idea you had  ~

This idea is really cool, I like it a lot. This has a strong graphic quality to it. All these tiny figures and ladders really make it interesting to look at. In fact I think you could even add some sort of scaffolding to it, like you see it on buildings. Maybe to the side of her head, so that people can climb up. Ropes and wires could hold everything tight and in place. Also I would love to see some sort of rigs or supporting beams under her chin, I feel like this would give the piece a lot more dimensionality and add a sense of weight to the head. But all of this is really playing off your basic idea of putting together the figure like a building or other huge structure. So I guess my point is, that your idea is really great, but I think you could even take it further
How about adding some paint buckets and having these tiny people actually paint the image onto parts of her? Other parts could be scraped off or show the texture of an underlying material. This sure leaves room for a lot of experimentation :D
One thing that bothers me a tiny bit is the bottom of the image. She basically just continues on until the edge, which causes the image to feel like there is no physical ground. Now I realise that is a rather stylized piece, I just think it would be cool to maybe have her neck sit on some sort of platform, pedestal or similar structure. Sort of like busts are sometimes mounted.
Lastly, I think you could reframe the piece a little by adding more space to the bottom and compressing it a bit more at the top.
Phew, I hope you don't mind the couple points I made. The piece certainly is quite interesting already as it is. The busy look is quite enjoyable, and I like the contrast between the black silhouettes and the fully visible main...figure :D Details like the little dood hanging above her eyebrow nicely round this off. I sure hope he will make it back to the top!
